As a woman with relatively wimpy eyelashes, I had to get in on a new trend sweeping Spokane... eye lash extensions. Women I know who wear them, swear by them. They make your lashes longer, thicker and eliminate the need for mascara. No mascara? Thicker, longer lashes? I had to try it.

You wouldn't notice Eileen Frances' Beautiful Lashes storefront from the street. I didn't. I drove right by it.

Funny Fundraiser this Friday

Ronny Turiaf will be roasted for his charity Heart to Heart. The roasting will be done by internationally known comic/actor Cedric "The Entertainer".  The event will be held at the Lincoln Center , Friday, June 24th, 7pm. A cocktail reception, dinner, auction and then the roast to cap off the night. Tickets are $100.00 each. Low-income seventh and eighth grade students who sign a pledge by June 30 of their eighth grade year are eligible for a College Bound Scholarship. This program is particularly important to Spokane Public Schools, since more than half of our students qualify for free or reduced-price meals.
