Looking to get some exercise this weekend and help out a good cause at the same time? World Relief Spokane is hosting a 4K run this Saturday at Mirbeau Meadows Park.

The funds raised from the event will benefit refugees from around the world who are starting life over again here in Spokane.

The race begins at 9am on Saturday, August 18, with check in at 8am. You can register at the event. Registration is $25.

The starting line is on Centennial Trail, at mile marker 11, which is located in Mirabeau Meadows Park. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. More information is available at World Relief Spokane.
