Look no farther for something fun to do this weekend! Join me and Deputy Craig Chamberlin of the Spokane County Sheriff's Office Saturday night. We are playing host at the 10th Annual "Bear the Burden Dinner and Auction" for Camp Stix.
The event is this Saturday, March 24th at The Lincoln Center. Doors Open at 5pm, with dinner at 6 pm and a live auction beginning at 7:45. There will be loads of silent auction items for you to check out.
By the way, there will be lots of wine, thanks to the good folks at Townshend Cellars.
Camp STIX is an independent, community-based, summer camp located in Northeastern Washington for children and teens with diabetes throughout the Northwest. The camp is held at Riverview Bible Camp on the Pend Oreille River near Cusick, Washington. Camp STIX offers a one-week program for youth ages 8-18.
These kids deserve to escape from reality, if even for a week! Let's help them do that.
