Cool Cars Aid An Injured Young Man's Recovery | Events
Title (Max 100 Characters)
September 30, 2011 Bobby Clark was playing football for Priest River High School. But it wasn't any ordinary game. Bobby took a hit, suffering a concussion. It was more than a bump on the head. The concussion put Bobby in a coma. It triggered seizures and a stroke. He has to undergo surgery to relieve pressure on his brain.
Today, Bobby is home and is recovering each day. His doctors expect him to make a full recovery. Bobby is working to make up work he missed at school. He is on track to graduate with his class in June!
Before the football injury, Bobby and his dad had been restoring a 1936 Chevy pickup. (Bobby's pride and joy!)
As a community, you can't be part of Bobby's daily struggles, but you can help finish his pickup. You can attend “Bob's Car Show”.
It is this Sunday, April 15th out at Jennifer's Auto Sales at 15020 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley. You can also hear Sammy Eubanks perform! Check out the link here for more information.
