Foster kitties; growing and almost ready for homes | Pets

My daughters and I picked up a very pregnant cat from SpokAnimal on June 29th (my oldest named her Snooki).  SpokAnimal needed a foster family to care for Snooki and her babies until they were ready for adoption.

The next morning (Hoopfest Saturday) Snooki had 5 kittens.  Weeks later, those babies are thriving, playful, and adorable!

Lisa, who's in charge of the foster cat program checked out momma and kitties last week.  She thinks Snooki will stop nursing very soon.  When that happens, we'll take her back to SpokAnimal where she'll be spayed and ready to be adopted.  Snooki, by the way, loves to be around people.  She is really friendly and chatty.

Another couple of weeks and her kittens will be ready for adoption.  Any and all will make great pets!
